We want to finish food waste by finding a home for improper produce. We source it directly from farms and deliver it to customers' doors. Our subscription Hello Imperfect is affordable, convenient, healthy, and delicious.
Pretty simply. You order either a Imferfect Box of produce for 35-50% less than it would cost at your local grocery store. We fill up that box with our imperfect fruits and veggies. You choose to receive a box either weekly or biweekly.
All our ingredients are sourced from the best local farms. We are offering both type of produce Conventional and Organic.
We deliver in Toronto (GTA) and Surrounding Area
We charge flat delivery fee $4.75
Currently customization is unavailable for customers. According to customers demand we have created special four kinds of Hello Imperfect, you can choose from one of them.
The skip feature allows you to manually skip or add delivery dates before the weekly deadline for order modifications.
Absolutely. Whether you’re going on vacation or living out of the office, we understand that everyone needs a little break from time to time. To put your plan on pause, please head on over the Manage Plan in your account. We will not send a delivery or bill you for your subscription during the time that you’ve put your plan on hold. The account will remain on hold indefinitely until you decide to come back.
Absolutely! You can change and add any box. Make sure to do this before your next scheduled billing day!
Since we plan each delivery in advance, You need to update us before 3 days of your upcomimg order delivery date.
You can choose to have your box delivered on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday.
We accept all major credit cards, Master cards etc.
Nope! If you won’t be home to receive your order, don’t fret. If instructions are not provided, our delivery person will leave the package in the safest place they find at their discretion.
We use simple cardboard boxes to pack the food. For some products such as tomatoes, cherries etc, we have to use small packaging to make sure they remain good in cardboard boxes.
Due to perishable produce we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend you to have shipping at home or work place.
